Contributions

Sound files

We have had some great
sound files contributed.

Graphics files

Visit our graphics section.

Vocabulary files

Parley, KWordQuiz and KVocTrain use the same XML data files. To some extent these files also work with KHangMan and Kanagram. Have a look at the files and don't hesitate to contribute as well:
  • Vocabulary files for KDE 3 and 4
  • KDE 4 Vocabulary files

How can I contribute?

We are happy to receive pictures, sounds, vocabulary files and other data that could be useful for education projects.

If you would like to use any of the contributions here, it would be nice if you contacted the contributor and let them know where it is being used.

The KDE Education team is very open to new people. Join us and have a chat with us on IRC (server: irc.freenode.net, channel: #kde-edu) or contact us via the kde-edu mailing-list. This is a great opportunity to get involved with an open source project!

Ideas for educational Programs

If you want to develop an educational program, you can find some ideas on this page that users suggested along with some explanation, targeted age and programming difficulty level.
