KDE-Edu Improvements for KDE 3.5

NEW in KDE-Edu: blinKen

blinKen
  • blinKen is based on an electronic game released in 1978, which challenges players to remember sequences of increasing length.

NEW in KDE-Edu: Kanagram

Kanagram
  • Kanagram is a replacement for KMessedWords, and is new in KDE 3.5. Kanagram mixes up the letters of a word (creating an anagram), and you have to guess what the mixed up word is.

NEW in KDE-Edu: KGeography

KGeography
  • KGeography lets you browse maps, learn about capitals and flags of a country subdivision and take tests to see if you know geography.

    • More elements do have information about ionization energies, especially the higher energies (3rd to 6th)
  • The table has now a small gap over the rare-earth metals
  • EqChem added: With EqChem you can solve equations. Example: aCH3CH2OH + bO2 → cH2O + dCO2

  • new design: 2 themes (Sea and Desert)
  • fix bug in German: first letter was upper case, now the word is lower case as default but all upper case can be chosen in Settings

  • improved the KSeg filter, that is now able to load almost correctly more constructions than before
  • slightly improved also the Cabri(tm) filter
  • give the possibility to choose, through a popup menu, which object select if under the mouse there are more than one
